Privacy Policy

This policy covers buildwelllabs.com, the website of Buildwell Labs, a software consultancy run by Adhij Kumar Jain in Bangalore, India (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Nothing you type in on the site. There are no accounts, sign-up, forms or payments on this website.
- No cookies, analytics or trackers. The site loads no third-party scripts; fonts are served from our own domain.
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Netlify, which records technical data when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
- Emails you send us. The “Book a call” button opens a pre-filled email. If you send it, we receive your name, email address and what you write — typically what you want built, who uses it today, a rough deadline and times that suit you for a call. We use this only to reply, arrange the call and prepare a quote.
Who else receives it
- Netlify (hosting) — server logs. See netlify.com/privacy.
- Google (Gmail) — stores emails you send us. See policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
If we do not go on to work together, we keep your emails for as long as the conversation is useful and delete them on request. If we do work together, project data is covered by the signed scope and contract for that engagement, not by this policy.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it within 30 days. You may also have rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the law where you live.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the effective date above.
