Terms of Use
Effective date: 12 October 2026
buildwelllabs.com is the website of Buildwell Labs, a software consultancy run by Adhij Kumar Jain in Bangalore, India (“we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms.
What this site is
A description of our services, packages and prices, and a way to email us to book a call. There are no accounts and nothing is bought on this site.
Prices and engagements
Prices on this site are our India sheet in INR, exclusive of GST, and are confirmed against your written scope before any work starts. Clients invoicing from outside India are quoted on our international sheet. Nothing on this site is a contract or a binding offer. Every engagement is governed by its own signed scope and contract, which sets the price, deliverables, payment terms, acceptance test, ownership of the work and how either side can end it. If that contract and this page disagree, the contract wins.
Worked examples
The worked examples on this site are illustrative scenarios written by us to show how we scope work. They are not past clients, not real companies, and not results delivered to anyone. Every number in them is an estimate.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or attack the site, and do not use it for anything illegal.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to Buildwell Labs. You may link to it and quote short parts with credit. Do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own. Ownership of software we build for a client is set by that client’s contract.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using this site or relying on what it says. Our liability for paid work is set by the contract for that work.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
